Question on deathrun (Counter-Strike: Global Offensive)

Long ago pirates playing, I used to go on the deathrun servers. So the question is: to play on that server need cheat Bani hop.
It so happens that this cheat is already built into the server, but it works buggy and bunnyhopping is obtained with delays. How to play on that server in cs go on the license and with a normal jump? Maybe there are rules of the server with a normal cheat?

no. when I played cs 1.6 sours and on normal servers it is considered a cheat.

the fact of the matter is that the plugin which was on the server was very slow and jumping immediately after landing and a slight delay and had to find and download separately cheat on Bani hop to make him jump immediately after landing. I was able to jump and accelerated to considerable speeds with it
