Question for the Riddler trophies (Batman: Arkham Knight)

1. Does the game have such trophies that can be obtained only once, or it will be easy to finish all the missing trophies at the end of the game?
2. Interrogating the accomplices of the Riddler, on the map there are available in-game trophies and riddles or some, in any case, will have to look for yourself?

There's all the trophies to get once I mean once. Though in the end, at least in the beginning stuffed.All will point to trophies. No there hidden.

Come on don't be afraid, all the trophies after the final game you can collect. You'll have access to all locations where there are trophies.
