Mirak - hero or villain. (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Let us think a hero or a villain Mirak in Lore, not in relation to the protagonist.

Mirak is the first death of the Dragonborn. It is known that this character rebelled against the dragons and devoured their souls after received the secret knowledge of the Black Book obtained by Hermaeus Mora.

Who was killed during a battle with the last Dragonborn on the summit of Apocrypha. Managing to wish the Dragonborn, so he received a reward for his loyal service as he Mirak, namely death.

So who Mirak - hero or villain? The answer is arguing. Everyone has the right to exist☺

In this DLC there is a new Creek (Cyclone),I was able to read only the first scream and the second and third was never found.Maybe someone knows the id of the second and third Creek?
