Network vendetta be available from the 2nd location but, as I understand it, once they become available, you can run them in the first location. I have formed a Nemesis, the Orc musician who sings songs and grapple with some kind of violin or lute with serrated edges. He got me 3 times to kill and not sickly so to pump me, in the end I left it alone. I hope he'll avenge me.
