when you connect the webcam to the computer does not respond and the indicator light near the camera is not lit , the port is working to other connected , a friend checked it responds to the web and all the rules , maybe someone knows how to solve ?3 Comments

Try to set driver to force, if it is not put automatically (download from the manufacturer's website). Look in device Manager if there is an unknown device?

Try to stick a webcam in the connectors from the rear of the computer. On the front connectors is usually a lack of tension in the wires of the extension cord is lost(?). Or if you have a weak computer, and the webcam cable is too long, then this too can be a problem. But the rear connectors usually help.

if loaded with XP the webcam immediately determines . but if 10 then zero response , so that the connector and cable all the rules
