Warranty Hardware

From my experience,once changed the external HDD (it was heads), they even check and were immediately replaced with a new one,what disk was more than three years (warranty 5 years),second time changed the ROCCAT Kave XTD headphones,the sound is sometimes cut off,also changed without even checking them (only equipment tested),no problems with garantili arose.
