The day before the release of Steam closed pre-order the game. Do the transfer?? (Middle-earth: Shadow of War)

Right now if you go to the game page on Steam you will find what is lost the price of the game and the possibility of pre-order. Surely after the transfer of the PC version or just a bug in the Incentive?
