Need help in changing the TX cars. Please help! (Need for Speed: Most Wanted (2005))

Dear fans of this game! Please help me with changing the Technical characteristics of the racing cars.
I have seen in the section Files of this game a single file, replacing the BMW M3 GT-R E46 '05 for exactly the same, but... with a modified TX.
So, this BMW is able to develop maximum straight line speed to 400 km/h!
I have my favorite car and I want to increase its TX. How and with what do I do?
