Cloud detection. (Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands)

You have a high Tier, when you turn it on, I get a warning that the difficulty level has changed, it is no cloud, when you turn off the Tier, the level is maintained i.e. after switching off the Tier you need to go to options and lower the difficulty manually to the cloud appeared again.
