A system of fines (Project CARS 2)

You pass 50-100 meters after the starting line, I immediately mold the fine and not even write, for whatever reason. Just can't understand what my mistake with the track not off. Can someone explain to me stupid, and I can't understand.

There on some tracks incorrectly identifies cutting. Quite a bit to drive on the curb, and get a fine. If in career, then the penalties can be disabled in other modes - used to.
