CSGO doesn't run on Win 8.1 (Counter-Strike: Global Offensive)

Will tell You my sad story.

So I decided to play an old CSGO. In the literal sense! Downloaded version 2014, in order to see what it was. Listen to the great sound AWP... Downloaded, started and it STARTED! Everything seems to be fine. BUT, I have to turn off the lights and the computer dies. After 3 hours, when given the light I turn on the game and zero effect. Just run it flashes in the Manager and its process disappears. I went to climb on Google and found a way to run OneDrive - did not help. What to do? After it was launched, so the problem is not in sindows. Help ples. (Sorry for lots of letters)
