Cheats platform PS4? (Grand Theft Auto 5)

Ladies and gentlemen, the past few days, going God-knows-what on the ps4 brought cheats and not warn us? Which day are faced with players who don't die from a shot to the head from the sniper rifle (need to hit twice to kill ), from explosive bullets falls and rises again,( as well it should be give twice), Respawn with armor clad (saw) and thus kill you with the accuracy of homing bullets from the sniper rifle, with three hits from the machine blows the armor and all the HP.
