Error "need a newer version of Social Club" (Grand Theft Auto 5)

Set GTA 5 at the first time this window.
Re-installed Social Club,just downloaded it.
Nothing helped!
Please who knows a solution to this problem,tell me what to do.

For a start take a fully Social club or uninstall via "Programs and features". Also check if in the background of GTA 5.
