Unique skills (Divinity: Original Sin 2)

Hi all, actually interested in the question about the skills. The game has a lot of skills from books that you can craft, buy, find. But in these books there are not many skills that yuzayut certain NPCs. How much play, always wanted to get some sort of cool skill of the call, for example on the Lich. Many skills are unique and assigned to the npc, while remaining inaccessible to the player, so it all depends on the specific skill that You would like in the collection.
