Stopped working store on LVOA-C (Tom Clancy's The Division)

capacity 197% is about 66/1235. Play TK . Initially all was well, store - 66/1235! Then look has become 66/810, run up to the ammo box (I want to refill the cartridges) and look it says "MAX", I did not understand at all what happened. Tell me! What to do?
