Completing the missions with gold medal (Grand Theft Auto 5)

I know in GTA5 you can pass the mission on bronze, silver and gold medals if you perform certain tasks (put 10 headshots or get a little damage). But I would like to ask the fans GTA5 where these jobs can be viewed during the mission, not after? Thank you.
