Not set free dls! (Total War: Warhammer)

When you download the free add-ons the incentive is just stupid to start the game..... and additions are not loaded..... with pay there is no such problem!
In what a problem , prompt who faced don't know what's wrong?
When you download directly from the game section downloads clicking download flies out the window with a request to install steam!!!(I'm shocked)
Help , hair on the skull of the ditch!!!

it's simple> in the settings, trims are subscribed to betonovedenie , restarted steam , then again unsubscribed from Bethke again restarted steam and voila ))
