Game Quint: Skellige (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Here such trouble people: I went to the tailor/hairdresser Caer Trolde in order to complete this quest, and he dubbed yellow line of dialogue to start the game Quint. When you select any of the options the screen usually darkens and crashes to desktop...with no error description. People kind, prompt how to be.
Spoiler(Roll back the saves will not, because far with this glitch. I apologize in advance, but the screen I will not post because on the laptop I have DOES not do.)
