A bug in the Doghouse. (Fallout 4)

In General can't talk to a Dog.the beginning of the game,talked to Codsworth,scratching in Concord by Red rocket. There is the task:to Greet a dog. Then begins the dialogue with the dog,4 possible answers,choosing any of them,he says the words,but was supposed to pet the dog and she had to go with him,but then the animation is not played and every dialogue starts with her again,and set to say Hello to a fucking mutt does not disappear,do not know where it is,anyone help,thanks.
P. S mods disabled,even shakey patched up to 1.26.
