An interesting phenomenon after reinstalling Windows

Hellooooo! This post is long, but I'm sure he'll like. It all started with a reinstallation of Windows 10 on Windows 10(Yes not surprised, there is also a long story, but not the point). After reinstalling the coveted I noticed an interesting phenomenon. In games (Steam, in which is displayed the number of used VRAM, in my case 2 of Watch Dogs and GTA V) I have a rather interesting situation in the settings. In Semiluki stage in the graph of used memory is 4095( 4096 instead of the previously written before reinstalling). I must say that in the system everything is fine, as befits 4096 used and how many out there still together with the operational, Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050Ti, all games installed through Steam, which in turn is on a separate drive from the system (system on SSD-Nike, and everything else, including Steam and games on HDD), I deleted Watch Dogs 2 in order to test the change of these indicators (the speech about him and will go see, and as you can see - no change), all documents and files located in the admin folder prior to reinstalling Windows were preserved and later copied to the new one. I personally think that only need Steam to reinstall, as everything is on separate drives and because of this these are the jokes (my guess), but the idea is to remove all the games (amount of total 500 GB) I don't really like (all then reinstall, to zheeeest, so try to find alternatives, if available). I would not be having this conversation if my eyes been hurting this 1 megabyte in stage, but here are joining us Yubisoft and Watch Dogs 2:) What, you ask, happened here? So Yes, again, instead of the previously displayed 4096(before Windows reinstallation) shows us the mighty 4014(after reinstalling). Honestly, I have no idea of what the phenomenon so interesting, never about him not found the forum, just nothing:) Oh yeah, all drivers updated, all drives and volumes checked, all devices work, the Windows license and the last update (Oh Yes, the Windows PRO version). Think, excluded more than half of your questions, painted everything, provide all the information and the circles narrowed the search to a minimum. Waiting for your replies, good luck to everyone:)!!!
