Error starting \"Failed to initialie BattlEye Service...\" (PlanetSide 2)

After clicking on Play appears this window. How to fix?

Team bcdedit.exe -set loadoptions ENABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS and bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING OFF did not help.
UPD:Think I understand what the problem is, but I wonder why you can't run the game without checking the driver signing?
