Hovering at the beginning of the mission.As soon as the press started to move. Or popping up Windows or the game hangs tightly. (not responding in task Manager, what have to play in window as no window helps only restart.)
With mods and without. (mods exclusively WOTC)
Anywhere except the beginning of the turn the game freezes. With the fifth or tenth attempt after downloading, it turns out hang. I even have all the drivers updated.
Never crashes except when running. Requirements can be more than.
Passed 2 Xcom 2 and Xcom Long War without any problems, and then . . .

Hi.
Did. Played even at the lows. Though played on MAXIMO without lag. Does NOT help. Plus hangs at the beginning of the turn. As if the script does not work.
And these assholes never update the game. Like bugs in their game.

If been before fashion, it is necessary to remove all mods,copy, save, delete the folder from My documents, verify integrity of game cache and click in the launcher disable mods. If not, then there's something in the game folder, and radical method to completely uninstall and reinstall the game. Possible incompatible mods overwrite the same file.
