Try to clear the cache Orage, remove the folders:
C:\ProgramData\Origin
C:\Users\ (username) \AppData\Local\Origin\Origin
C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Origin
When you remove the Orage client should be closed + deleted butt can be hidden in the system to open them, go to control panel - then in the settings Explorer and tab appearance, then in the end select the show hidden files, folders and drives
