Anomalies Helix (Assassin's Creed: Syndicate)

Started playing this wonderful game, but there is a problem. In Whitechapel quarter to collect 10 of the 12 anomalies, 2 had to assemble with a rope dart. But when I came back to this quarter, collected anomalies was 8 out of 12. Where did 2 collected? Also noticed something else - why can't thisnotice through rapid movement - is downloaded and I stay on the same place. Any advice?
