Settings Disonored Death of the Outsider (Dishonored 2)

Hi. Yesterday I bought a Disonored Death of the Outsider and faced with the problem. Do not open the settings (picture, audio, control). Ie the mouse point, click and nothing happens. In General the game runs without problems. What could be the problem?

The game is still dead freezes. Exit button does not work, including Esc. And the animation in the settings goes. Just does not respond. The cache is normal.
