Problems with the interface. (Europa Universalis 4)

there are 3 solutions:
1st way to try to change the resolution or set a default which will put the system itself
The 2nd way is to buy a wider screen if it is a square, because now games are not done under the squares and developers don't make games with squares
3rd way to PEEN the resolution in the file

With a resolution all the rules , is another problem with the font (hard to see letters).
