No passive racial bonuses (Divinity: Original Sin 2)

Only a couple of hours later noticed that there is no racial passive bonuses. When creating a character or who are not given a racial bonus, only the bonus of the selected class.
This just in - race bonuses cut to the final version... nonsense, why do it at all
