The resurrection of the Phoenix (Divinity: Original Sin 2)

Found a bug with the resurrection of the Phoenix. A charged artifact is put into a duffel bag. Now with the death of the artifact dupatta and gets the equipment out of the bags discharged, the rod remains in the bag loaded. Voila immortality.
