This rule applies to potion treatment, and other armor of the same type, but the stat potion is not working.

and the catalyst also doesn't work?

Generally craft not understand? Need a forge, stove, alchemy table, etc? Or just in your inventory is possible, knowing the recipes?

Is it even possible to create average potions of stat?
