Problem with Deluxe Edition(LUT) (Destiny 2)

Guys, please help. Don't know what to do! PS4 , bought Destiny 2 deluxe edition for 6000₽!!!! But not got all the promised loot. Was supposed to be, and I quote ps store:,,exotic sniper rifle "the Cold Heart", "Ghost-kill count", the legendary sword, etc(other things no problems) What to do? Why not the above loot? And how to get it back? Money it is a pity, and in General, this is a robbery!!!
