Is it just me smoothing shit? (The Crew)

For some reason, even on 4k monitors visible teeth. Even if you include maksimalnoe aliasing, FPS drops to 8, and the teeth are still visible (though slightly flattened). In many games I do without smoothing teeth can't see what is wrong with the game? And does not change the quality of textures – from low to ultra – there is no difference neither in FPS nor in quality.
