Graphical interface bug (The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion)
Good day to all. I want to ask Council about such a graphic bug that appears randomly during the game and disappears when you exit and load again:The inventory interface and other Windows diary (F1-F4) remain normal vanilla sand yellow tint - the problem is only in the Windows interface. Have a version of 5th Anniversary Edition with SI, KotN and all the official DLC also installed the unofficial patches UOP 3.5.5, 1.5.9 USIP, UOMP 24, mods Darnified UI 1.5.4 OOO, Deadly Reflex 5, Open Cities Classic, SDR, PiiiP, Harvest Flora, patches for compatibility with Open Cities. Also are mods on the stability of the game - Engine Bug Fixes, Oblivion Stutter Remover.
Comp Specs: i7 4790K, MSI GTX 770 (driver version 378.66), 8 MB DDR3, SSD 840 PRO Series 256 GB.
OS version: Windows 8.1 Enterprise x64
I like the original lyrics and voice than localized 1S. Especially gives voice Imperials - sonorous, rumbling (English, of course). But, most importantly, about the localization of 1C or Pro gold Edition from him I read that the game may behave unstable. Perhaps localizers somehow changed the game files into the wrong place. The only thing I localized like the most - it has the ability to put in the correct sequence the very Irradiation, the Island and the Knights in my English version of the Island and the Knights of the Nine merged into a single installer and are installed together, not recommended by Arthmoor'th order. If someone does not know Arthmoor is a well - known Builder, successor development, UOP, abandoned on version 3.2.0 of its original developers. And here he wrote the article for UOP on the nexus about the importance of not only downloading, but installing various plugins. Unfortunately, the English version Obly with separate Islands and Knights, and all 8 DLC I found, so had to settle for the available, honest download torrent anniversary 5 years of publication.
PS still waiting for help/tips on this graphic bug with white background in the game menu - it appeared only three days ago, and before that I did in the game or the system did not change.

I had something similar and was treated off the ENBSeries if I'm not mistaken
Thank you for the tip, but ENBSeries I did not put. Rather, put the ENBoost 0.259, which description makes the game see more than 2 GB of memory (like 4GB LAA patch), but does not change anything in the chart. After this a graphical bug appeared, I reinstalled the game without ENBoost, without the 4GB Patch, with only Bug Fixes and Engine OSR. Started the game again 8 in the evening, and two days later this bug appeared again.
When cleaning memory? And you can read more - in case of automatic or manual clean up than clean the memory?
I not understand why this bug suddenly appeared out of nowhere, just three days ago, and after reinstalling the game and starting a new one, from the very beginning (character creation, the appearance in the chamber, assassination of Emperor Uriel Septim VII, etc.) he reappeared two days later, i.e. yesterday evening, a few hours ago. No change in the system I did, in the game, too. Crashes happen, but rarely, so it is possible to play. But this bug is annoying, as all strange and incomprehensible.
PS I just in case put the list of connected mods and Oblivion.ini, but, in my opinion, the spoilers don't work here.

Another may be related to OBGE shaders try to poudalyat if available. If I remember correctly then in the folder OBSE should look for
Tinien
You do not have OBGE but I noticed MenuQue as I understand it the interface change, and you just interface problem
What you want to do with MenuQue, what and where to change it? To remove it completely I can not, it is required to run some mods I do not remember which ones. Here are the contents of the home folder and the two. ini file:
The most strange is that this bug appeared out of nowhere, because I've never changed any settings, and in settings MenuQue generally never climbed. Only now for the first time opened to zaskrinit and to post here.
Tinien
I argue in this way. If the problem with the interface then it is necessary to look for a mod which changes the interface. In your case it is probably MenuQue if not, then I have nothing to tell you can still of course fashion in conflict
Thank you for the replies for trying to help, because I don't even know where to dig. Already generally started with the basics, I began to read nearly 500-page guide to Win 8-repudiation Koroush Ghazi in an attempt to understand how Win 8 (in my case Win 8.1) because I began to think that is not the case in oblivion, and in the OS itself. Besides knowing how how the OS works, how to configure for a particular application, how to resolve various problems - all this is very useful. In addition, I downloaded Debugging Tools for Windows, hoping to learn something about the causes of the various failures or application crashes (in this case oblivion). Finally, still need to read the complete guide to Wrye Bash and TES4Edit, find out all their functions, how they work, and how to use these tools to optimize Obly. In the end, as I understand it, in order to seamlessly play your favorite designer of Oblivion, to create a variety of assemblies and simultaneously solve problems of a technical nature, you must first become an advanced user of Windows, as well as all related tools - in fact almost a Builder, and debugger all in one.
About front-end fashion in my build is Darnified UI, downloaded from the nexus, which (fashion) when you install I have included all but the global map because advanced global map Darn UI almost full screen with an explanation of the markers at the bottom right are cumbersome, offer not less than a second, and because of it the game will crash. Maybe it's also somehow configurable, but I don't know how. In any case, so far, no advanced map Darn UI or without it (with default card Obly) this graphics bug was not. But what do I do with this MenuQue, I'll never know. Okay, let's look.

There is 1 proven methodology. Disable all plugins alternately until you find the culprit
I had one thought, or rather, I remembered that shortly before the first appearance of this graphical bug removed two patches on the stability of the game - 4GB Patch and ENBoost 0.259. As I understand it, these patches increase the available RAM for games over 2 GB. And although I specifically checked with Task Manager'a occupied working memory (not more than 650 MB) and therefore removed these patches, considering them excessive, yet is now remembered about them because it's the only thing I changed immediately before the first appearance of this graphical bug of the interface. What do you think, is it possible that due to the removal of these two patches to increase the memory allocated to the game, could happen this graphical bug? By the way, after reinstalling the game (with all the same plugins, but without these patches on the memory) and start a NEW game, this bug appeared again after some time.
