Some garbage (This War of Mine)

Hello!

I have a few questions:

1. Took the game in Epic Games Store, and have the game license, and in fact I have to have access to create modifications, but the file Storyteller.exe in the folder with the game there! Why is it not there?!
2. Again - to install mods with the Workshop'and I need to buy the game on Steam?!

Conclusion: EGS is obtained in the game nifiga not a license, as I have on the pirates as there is no file Storyteller.exe
