Has anyone met a third time skeleton mage? (Divinity: Original Sin 2)

People, another question has anybody met the third time skeleton mage, which you from dungeon to free. At every meeting he devours people. The second meeting was in the Monastery forest. Can't find it.

the third time he found the house of demonology, there is a pedestal with the soul of a Lich, he needs blood to pourtout and he will teleported, or to kill
