Where to put mods? (XCOM 2)

Going away for a month, I want the laptop to pick up and play.
Create a Mods folder in Xcom2/XComGame and game new reviews will.

If there is a red screen,you need to the shortcut to add-noRedScreens -review,i.e. you should get ModLauncherWPF.exe -noRedScreens -review.

Still not so simple. If you put 4 mods and include them - the game works.
If you put 44 fashion and not even include them - crash with error.
