Does nobody know how to shift the low HP" to 1% for example? The whole nexus was oblizal fucking no. Or stupid to disable these effects investing? (which is also not found). Easy somehow to edit the frame effect in the HP, no?

There ought to come from the other side and will have to do a little work yourself. The parameters that you need, is registered (or are registered) in the file with the extension .ini
