PS 4 GTA 5 online-you cannot install the update file

Installed GTA 5 online -downloaded update -
1. Click Download
2.GTA 5 version 1.33(ready to install)
3. Click START
4. A window appears installing the UPDATE FILE ,after 2-3 seconds appears-you CANNOT INSTALL the UPDATE FILE.

What to do???

All reinstalled several times,rebooted ps
