Fat face Arthur with minimal weight. (Red Dead Redemption 2)

Hi all looking! Recently I encountered a problem with a bug with the face of Arthur. I mean, I really ate a lot, and he got the weight up to excess, then I stopped eating and I have lost weight to medium-weight (lower than perfect) over time. Obvious that his body was much thinner than the excess and the face in General has not changed, same fat, as the excess remained. Tried everything...
