How to swing trade? (Mount & Blade 2: Bannerlord)

As I understand it, trade bobs if you resell goods. To buy somewhere cheaper cheaper and sell more expensive. But I'm not sure.

In my opinion this is the most legacey skill, several levels apalsa, always resale. The more gain, the more exp.
