The game freezes on any settings and crashes the graphics driver (Grand Theft Auto 4)

Guys hi!)))I don't know what I...had a old computer and everything is fine the game is played.Now is slightly better than the fx 8370-e rx 570 8gb 16 gb windows 10 pro 64.I have now the game freezes on any settings and crashes the graphics driver.Driver reinstalled and no avail on the seven Windows ran...same thing.Little plays and hangs and black screen...then unstuck again.Can not play(((.Thank you for any help!!!)))

After reinstalling Windows usually this happens because you have not installed all visual c++ libraries plus be sure both 32 and 64 bit versions, not updated DirectX, etc, etc
