Any thoughts on what processor to buy?

I was looking to buy a new CPU for my new build that I create, but I'm debating which model I should buy. At the moment I have learned:

i7 - 8700

i7 - 9700k

i9 - 9900k



I realize now that these models have a HUGE price gaps, and it is difficult to determine what CPU is suitable for me if I do not specify the context of what I'm going to use your computer for

I plan to use this new computer for:

VR; Gaming; Photoshop; video Editing; Streaming; School assignment; and to have support for multiple monitors

The games I play would be:

CS: GO (not a problem even with my current build), GTA V, Starcitizen, PUBG, ARMA 3, Rainbow Six Siege, Space Engineers, Final Fantasy XV.



I already have all the parts for the build, the only thing I bought this MOBO, CPU and cooler for the CPU.

I have 2.1 TB SSD storage on two different disks, one of which contains a 120 GB for my boot drive and another 2 TB for my main drive.

I have 16 GB of RAM and the power supply is 600W, which I bought in combination with 1060 6 GB, I also argue about buying a TI or 1660 2060



As you can tell, my budget is pretty flexible, and I'm going to have this computer for quite some time ...
