Fade textures (streammemfix doesn't help) (Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas)

Hi, recently came across fade the textures in gta sa, I still think that you can download streammemfix and the problem will be solved now!
I put so streammemfix, if I fly up there by helicopter, or simply the camera down lower, I have not that the textures start to flicker, and the game itself lag!
Please help!!! Who faced it?
