How to choose a motherboard?

I know what I want Z370, I don't understand why some of these mobs are more expensive than others. Some of them look great and cost less than $ 100, and some more than twice, and I think there is nothing better.

What makes the ASUS ROG STRIX Z370-E GAMING more desirable / better than MSI Z370-A PRO

One worth half as much. On my first build I had a MSI Z97 PC MATE, and I have never had a problem, what is the real difference, that I'm not seeing?

It's all in patalenica. On z370 Best mother, oddly enough was Asroc known as Taichi! Great drives memory and the CPU. VRM cool.
ASUS z370-e to 9900K is that without overclocking. VRM worth the money. Children is F version. 8700k 5,000 credits to me. But the case is open.

ROG STRIX Z370-E GAMING is better on nutrition, as there is Wi-Fi and a cooling SSD M2 !
There is a way for USB Type C and any other provision of proprietary software in the Bios for overclocking.
Asus in this case the TOP compared to the cheap MSI.
