crime.net online works like offline (Payday 2)

For some reason the computer when I go to crime.net (Steam in this case on-line, Internet lags)mission appear both in off-line mode. And on the laptop crime.net works fine - with a bunch of missions, people, etc. the Problem is this. Bought the game the incentive.
PS: the Lines I correctly choose, do not miss crime.net in crime.net offline

anyways, I rearranged the driver, but most likely would simply have to tear down and reinstall STEAM, damn it!)))))
