Strange CPU indicator in task Manager
Launch Manager,and for a second, CPU load over 80%:83%
and immediately drops:

Ten is a common phenomenon. I have 100% showing. Even when the first time put a tenner drew attention to this oddity.

Well, this should not be exact. When you run it bounces, but just for a second maybe, maybe two at max, nothing works. And even in games when the run too, nothing works.

When you don't know what to turn off, then monitor,monitor is useless. CPU load drops sharply when I open it Manager.

1. If for a moment, it is task Manager and the CPU loads its startup.
2. If you don't believe, run any program that monitors temperature of CPU and GPU. If no task Manager, temperatures are high, and after the launch Manager is falling, then clearly the miner. If the temperature does not change, see p.1.

Then AMD screwed up with the fork Ryzen in 1XXX series when you activate a high performance percent lost 20% performance !
So was updating the Bios and drivers which corrected the work Ryzen 1XXX in Windows 10.
In the new percent Ryzen 2XXX is fixed and the Bios, but again, it is recommended to put Ryzen Master and set settings to default.
