Error 0xc000007b when launching AB+ (The Binding of Isaac)

The fact that I wanted to download a version of AB+ on your comp, but I flew error. First was error-type file Missing MSVCP!... but then I just started to fly these errors. I downloaded all the libraries (2003/2017 VisualC++, DirectX 9/11, Nvidia driver, and Microsoft.NET) Nothing came of it. The interesting thing is that I have a well-run version of the Afterbirth (not plus version), Rebirth, and Antibirth. Tell me what to do. Want to play with mods.
