Armor and weapons (Mount & Blade 2: Bannerlord)

Hello everyone, here I do not understand what the hell is with the armor in the game why sale no top armor and weapons, more or less removed of the wife, maybe it's the fault of developers? Maybe we need to raise relations with traders in the cities or something?
