Energy (Stellaris)

I play this( 2раз the Game started), build a fleet, research all around the Empire expand and then suddenly, BAM, and increase energy fell from 60 -80. I freaked out, started looking for what to do pragal overvoltage(or as it there). Relax, everything back to normal come. BAM, same thing again. What could it be?
