How to permanently delete the discarded stuff? (Kingdom Come: Deliverance)

Thrown out of the inventory stuff and every now and again as I go into the game and see a picture of what to do?

I somehow threw out the junk on the road, returned to pick it up a couple of days later, but he was no longer there.
