Should I enable tessellation? (Metro Exodus)

Guys,should I include tesselyatsii Metro Exodus,eats 5-9 fps(Depends on location),and the difference in picture I can't see neither 1920x1080 nor on 1600x900,play on high.
Comp:FX-8300 and 8GB RX570
